We aim to offer a variety of delivery choices to give you flexibility depending on your budget, convenience, and how urgently you need your order delivered. For example, for speed and convenience a courier company is probably going to suit you best, whereas if you want to minimise shipping cost and your order is not urgent we may be able to offer a more cost-effective delivery to a nearby travel interchange parcel collection office (Edo line, ABC, etc). There may be restrictions though depending on what it is you've ordered and where you live, as some delivery options may only be available in certain areas, and some items may only be deliverable by certain methods.
We aim to keep most items in stock for prompt delivery. Delivery of these items will normally be in 3-5 days. If any items are out of stock at present we are not able to take orders for them at present, but that probably means we have already ordered more of them so check back in a few days.
Parcel damaged in transit
When we despatch your parcel the contents and the outer packaging will be in good condition. Some minor scuffing may occur in transit, that is normal, but the package should be intact and no penetrating damage. If your parcel is damaged beyond superficial surface damage, how you should handle it depends on how it was delivered:-
- If it is delivered by a courier, do not accept delivery of the parcel. It will be returned to us. Contact us to explain why you rejected it.
- If you go to collect it from a courier delivery office (eg, after several unsuccessful attempts at delivery) do not accept the parcel. It will be returned to us. Contact us to explain why you rejected it.
- If you go to collect it from a travel interchange parcel collection office, do not accept the parcel. Contact us to explain why you rejected it.
Please note that if any staff or family members might collect or accept parcels for you, you should inform them of this rule as well.
We will then arrange for the return of the parcel and inspect the contents and send out a fresh parcel.
